➔ Storage: Only bacterial cultures should be refrigerated or frozen at max. 4ºC on receipt of the order to extend their lifespan (they can spend a few days at room temperature without being affected). The kit should be stored in a cool, dry place and the ingredients have a shelf life of approximately one year. The leftover cheese should be kept in the fridge and will last for about 7 days.
